For Hispanic and Bilingual Jobseekers
LatPro membership and services are free for jobseekers. Users can search thousands of job postings from pre-screened employers, create free email Job Agents, post multiple resume versions, and access other career resources such as expert articles, events and newsletters.
For Employers and Recruiters
LatPro's job posting and resume search tools, plus powerful online recruiting
features like saved searches, candidate filters and OFCCP tools make
it a one-stop solution for recruiting Hispanic and bilingual professionals.
LatPro Affiliate Program Terms:
- Job Seeker creates LatPro account and posts a
resume
You earn a commission of $1.50 each time a job seeker is referred through
the banner, creates a new account on LatPro and posts a resume, which
is a free-of-charge service. Job seekers use their LatPro account to apply
to jobs directly, to receive industry leading content on diversity
employment trends and advice, and to allow recruiters to contact them
directly if they choose.
- Recruiter purchases LatPro job postings
You earn 20% of the sale amount when a recruiter is referred through
the banner link, registers with LatPro and purchases any job posting
package. Using LatPro's job posting tools, employers can easily post
detailed descriptions of job openings and requirements, and apply filters
to receive the most qualified candidates responses via a number of
methods.
- Recruiter purchases LatPro resume database access
You earn 20% of the sale amount when a recruiter is referred through
the banner link, registers with LatPro and purchases any resume database
search option. Employers can proactively search candidate resumes according
to a number of relevant parameters and contact qualified candidates
directly.
- Commission
Commission totals are locked and payment will be sent on the 15th of
each month if balance is greater than $50. Otherwise, payment will
be sent on the payment date of the month following the balance exceeding
$50.
- Tracking
LatPro will track and monitor all recruiters and job seekers
referred through the banner link provided by LatPro's Affiliate wizard.
